Rules & regulations:

1. No ‘Canned’ music will be allowed (music with original artists singing), backup music accompaniment only (ex: Karaoke tracks) or live instrument (ex: Guitar, etc.) 2. Performers will be judged on the following criteria: Knowledge of music, appearance, stage presence and singing ability, all holding equal importance to the judges. 3. Any Performers’ act deemed by Eclipse Music Services to be offensive or containing inappropriate language will be asked to cease the performance and will forfeit their entrance fee (this is a general admission event and there will be children present) 4. In the event of cancellation of the event by Eclipse Music (due to weather, acts of God, etc.) all entry fees will be refunded to entrants, otherwise all entrance fees are considered non-refundable. 5. Prize amounts are contingent on total number of entries received and are subject to change without prior notice 6. There will be a first place and second place winner in each of the three age categories- 13 years of age and younger, 14-17 years of age & 18 years of age and over. 7. Performers must be at the stage area no later than 12 noon (12:00 pm) on July 19,2003. Stage area will be located near the Re/Max high prairie realty office in High Prairie (1b 5112-49st.) 8. Judging will be in no part associated with Eclipse Music, Re/Max high prairie realty or M&A Home Baby Supplies or any of their respective employees. 9. All judges rulings shall be considered final.
